We aim to package and ship every Twelfth Bell order with care.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and seasonal shipping volume.
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Twelfth Bell is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Packaging
Our puzzles are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Minor variations or slight wear to exterior shrink wrap or packaging corners may occasionally occur during transit and do not necessarily constitute damage.
Returns
Because puzzles are sealed products, we generally cannot accept returns for opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue when possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery timelines, we will always make a good-faith effort to assist customers when issues arise.
